Summary of the Role

We are looking for a forward thinking and innovative individual to join our growing team supporting both our regulated and none regulated products, services and activities.

Monitoring Officer’s play an important role within our organisation ensuring the quality and consistency of our products and services within and between our centres and partners.

Previous experience of working within an assurance role demonstrating leadership, support and innovative thinking is essential.

You should hold relevant industry recognised qualifications within assessment and internal verification in order to support the development, delivery and certification of vocational qualifications.

It is not essential that you hold the relevant industry recognised qualification for external quality assurance, although preferred, as provision can be made for you to undertake this.

Customer service is at the heart of how we operate and so you should have a strong customer service ethos whilst being able to work with organisations to maintain the required standards for the delivery of SFEDI Awards products and services.

Part of our strive to continually improve the level of service we provide to our centres and partners is the provision of training and briefing events through both face to face and electronic means. Experience in the development, delivery, assessment and improvement of training and briefing events would be beneficial.

You will also possess the drive and ambition to work towards continuously developing both yourself and the organisation.

Skills which are essential to the role include the ability to work under pressure, determine and meet tasks and (often tight) deadlines, determine priorities, analytical skills, enthusiasm and positivity, strong communication and influencing skills at all levels and excellent attention to detail.
