Enterprise learning programme receives national award

SureTrax, based in the North East, won the Enterprising Learning Product Award at the celebratory event in October.

SureTrax won the award for their innovative programme to help learners maximise their employability and enterprise skills and engage with employers in a professional manner. It is now being adopted by a growing network of Colleges and training organisations.

The Self Marketing and Personal Enterprise Programme, which is Ofqual recognised and SFEDI accredited, has fast gained a reputation for excellent results helping learners to help themselves, building their self-belief and equipping them with the practical skills to penetrate and navigate the employment market and sustain employment by following six easy steps. These steps help them to take control, realise and fulfil their potential through being organised and the skills and knowledge to continue developing their life and career.

The programme has been developed over a three year period with the input of over 1500 participants, a high percentage who have moved into sustainable employment, self- employment or further training.
