In this webinar, Michael Taite, MD of Blue Moon Creative will share his business’ experience of recruiting and employing young people.

The business recruited three apprentices in 2012, doubling the size of their team, and have found that they have become central to the success of the business. The business has achieved such success in this area that they were recently named Small Employer of the Year at the 2014 National Apprenticeship Awards, which recognises excellence in developing home grown talent with apprentices. The business also appears on the prestigious City & Guilds Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers list.

The webinar will then provide some practical links and sources of support for businesses that want to explore Apprenticeships in their own business.
