Sarah Trouten, IOEE Chief Executive, has been invited to become an inaugural member of London South Bank University Business School’s advisory board. This is an exciting time for the Business School, which is currently working towards an ambitious vision to put entrepreneurial education at the very core of its students’ experience. Of course, this is something which chimes perfectly with the IOEE’s agenda of promoting and facilitating entrepreneurial learning.
Sarah was delighted to be invited to join the advisory board, a role that will see her shape South Bank University Business School’s overarching strategic goals and champion its work via external networks. She said:
“I’m very much looking forward to being part of the team, bringing my own and the IOEE’s influence and experience to bear on this fantastic learning institute. Working with other members, and the management team to imbue an entrepreneurial outlook in the very culture of the Business School will be extremely rewarding.”
In its quest to make significant and positive social and economic impact across its region, the Business School has outlined a number of new initiatives. New ways to support students on their entrepreneurial journey, a fresh suite of extra-curricula opportunities and a re-launch of research and staff enterprise strategies are just a few of the areas where Sarah and other Advisory Board members will be providing support and guidance. The role of inaugural Advisory Board Chair will be filled by Steve Balmont, who holds a Pension Trusteeship at Law Debenture.
